This is a legal agreement ("License Agreement") between Kitware, Inc. ("Kitware") and you or the organization on whose behalf you are undertaking the license described below ("You") in relation to the Commercial Edition of VTKEdge and/or all related materials ("VTKEdge Commercial"). By downloading, installing, copying, or otherwise using VTKEdge Commercial, You accept the following terms and conditions. If You do not agree with any of the terms or conditions of this License Agreement, do not proceed with the downloading, copying, installation, or any other use of VTKEdge Commercial. VTKEdge Commercial is licensed, not sold.

VTKEdge Commercial is licensed on a per-developer and per-platform basis. The copy of VTKEdge Commercial you receive from Kitware will indicate the licensed developer(s) and platform(s) for your organization. Purchasing a license for VTKEdge Commercial does not alter your obligation to follow the conditions of the GPL license on the Free version of VTKEdge ("VTKEdge Free") if you use VTKEdge Free in your development.

You may use VTKEdge Commercial, in original or modified form, to develop end-user applications and distribute these end-user applications with VTKEdge Commercial embedded, in accordance with this License Agreement.

You may not redistribute VTKEdge Commercial other than by including VTKEdge Commercial within your own product. You are explicitly not allowed to redistribute VTKEdge Commercial as part of any product that can be described as a development toolkit or library or is intended for use by software developers and not end-users.

You agree that You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations with respect to VTKEdge Commercial, including without limitation all export and re-export control laws and regulations.

VTKEdge Commercial comes with one year (from the date of purchase) of support and updates. Support questions must be submitted via email to support@kitware.com, and must include detailed information on the problem encountered including a test program that will reproduce the issue. Kitware will resolve all bugs as part of the next scheduled release of VTKEdge. The release schedule for VTKEdge is set by Kitware at Kitware's own discretion. You may elect to extend your support and updates period on a yearly basis, according to the price schedule published on vtkedge.org at the time of renewal.

IN NO EVENT SHALL KITWARE BE LIABLE TO ANY PARTY FOR DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF VTKEDGE COMMERCIAL, ITS DOCUMENTATION, OR ANY DERIVATIVES THEREOF, EVEN IF KITWARE HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE.

KITWARE SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ANY WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.  VTKEDGE COMMERCIAL IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" BASIS, AND KITWARE HAS NO OBLIGATION EXCEPT THOSE DESCRIBED ABOVE IN THIS DOCUMENT TO PROVIDE SUPPORT, MAINTENANCE, UPDATES, ENHANCEMENTS, OR MODIFICATIONS.

You must accept this License Agreement in order to use VTKEdge Commercial.
